Start Using Videos

Started using videos approximately a week ago, and my account has been exploding ever since.
Just need a good hashtag research. I guess it helps if your niche is not too broad. For example i use a dog breed instead of dogs in general.

-NO shoutouts
-NO like boosts
-NO engagement groups
-NO powerlikes

Just follow/unfollow

Don't forget about posting photos also, because videos are a viral thing in pet niche. You can get hundrends of thousands video views with pretty new account but when you suddenly start to post pictures after 2 weeks of video content, people are not interested in liking it so much because they were used to videos only.
Of course you can grow enormously fast by posting only videos and there are huge accounts with only video content, but that's not my point.
Think about it from the future shout-out perspective. If someone looks at your account and won't see any picture there, this could kinda discourage them from approaching you if they don't have good videos to show.
I will suggest posting 2 videos - 1 picture - 2 videos - 1 picture.

Using both is most certainly the best scenario however for now video will see higher engagement rates but that is only for now. Things change daily on IG as soon as we all figure a way to grow and see success IG throws a wrench in the mix. Great post OP

Too lazy to actually like others' pictures. And i dont want to fuck up my account by liking photos from random niches not related to mine. If i find dog specific ones i might try it.

Haven't monetized yet. Dog products, t shirts, dropshipping and stuff should be profitable.

How do you research your hashtags?
Do you look at data such as likes etc, or DAPC?

What tool do you use for Follow Unfollow?
If Jarvee (or gmt2 I guess) what settings?

Well there arent that many huge hashtags for my dog breed so what i do is take 5 # under 1 million. 10 # under 500k and 15 # under 100k.
If you account is small i would stick to hashtags under 100k if you can find that many.
I use massplanner for f/u. Using home IP so i can go over 700 per day easily

So you are doing one account only?

Any hourly limits, or specifik hours it runs?
Or you just set a daily limit and max 50 per hour?

Im doing Jarvee and the settings are a bit confusing...

Since i use my home IP i can run over 5-6 accounts easily on the same IP. I follow 1 day and unfollow the other. I usually run the bot at 10 in the morning and let it run until i hit my goal. If i go outside i might turn off my PC and then turn it on once im back. This way it's safer so you dont do all the actions at once. I would recommend the above setting on a fresh account.

Are you uploading anything to IGTV or only to the regular feed?

Yeah it's hard to know where IGTV is at right now - you can do 10 minutes vs. 60 seconds with the main feed; and you can hit a "preview" button so folks can see a the thumbnail of the IGTV video in the feed but - who knows?
