Hi there,
I have just been hired as a Communications Coordinator (glorified Social Media & Community Manager) for a start-up company in the web3 space.
We have a couple of projects currently in the works (including an NFT, an NFT platform on the Solana blockchain) with plenty of others lined up for the coming years. We have an amazing base team (with an incredible artist) and developing our management style for scalability.
I need opinions/advice on what the best way to start a community(Twitter, Instagram and Discord) from scratch would be. I'm currently researching SEO/Analytic tools and content creation. Is there a way to bolster or fast track growing our Discord?
I'd appreciate any suggestions
