When i was starting out, my plan is after i finish one website and earn money, i will start another website in different niche.
But it seems that i kinda wrong,
some times ago i find a video by matt diggity that said, if you find profitable niche for you, then create the 3-4 more websites with a same niche as it.

The reason is, when you can get profit in a certain niche, it's likely you know well the niche, you know how it works, and you have done the research and monetization strategy.
.
if all of my site rank #1 on google, it's likely i only get 30% of the traffic, because that's what rank #1 gets, but if i rank for rank #1, #2, and #3 now i will get around 60% to 70% of the traffic, it means i double the profit.
So because i kinda manage to know my niche quite well, and i know that in my country, no website in a same niche with me that has better content, better data, and better monetization than me. so i think i can create 2-3 more website with the same niche and dominate it.
this is why i call it niche domination project, so.... here's the plan.
Goal :
Dominat the niche,
Create 2-3 more website in the same niche.
get $5000 per month profit by the end of march 2021

Hiring Strategy
i really know that having good team is really important for a business, the quality of your team will determine the growth and the future of the business.. so it is really important to make a great strategy to hire damn good team
Hiring a good writer is a challenge for me, because i did hire several writers (remote work) and i find that all of them deliver article that is not as good as mine. and still lack of fluentliness, user intent fulfillment deriver and data,
so now i'm hiring writer that can work in my place everyday. i post the vacancy around 4 days ago and there are 7-8 application that comes... i state that the salary is $100 per month, working from monday to saturday, from 7 AM to 3 PM.

$100 seems low but it is quite good amount of money in my town, even my salary as school teacher is only $20 per month here (my web profit is 66 times higher), the job of writer is to write article and do outreach.

What Citeria that i'm looking for
1. have a good wriiting skill
2. Have a good typing speed (30 word per minute minimum)
3. Have a good attitude (i believe that you can see the future of your employee by seeing the attitude)
4. Proactive
5. Good at understanding the orders and adaptation (i'm quite perfectionist with the article quality)
Interview Process
i believe that we we can know applicants qualified or not by seeing their atttitude, and by seeing the criteria i need someone that is kinde shy, and calm and seems like an intorvert. because they tend to be obedient and rigorous with the work.

interview is done my coming face to face. no virtual meeting. i need to see their attitude and potential.

Working Process
The writer work in my place at the start, so i can control the quality of the article, because i need to make her become perfectionist from the start and become get used to it.
I will do trial work contract before hire her as full time writer, it's 2 week contract, to see how the quality of her work, so i can hire fast fire fast, vetting the bad team from the start
If she master the quality of content and deliver good result in a good time, then we can star to work remotely.
SOP (standard operation procedure)
SOP is super important so i will make as clear as possible,
the SOP is related with
- Keyword Research
- Data research
- User intent fulfillment delivery
- Article structuring
- Semantic optimization
- Do and Don'ts
- Reward and punishment
- Audit system
SOP and audit is the heartbeat of business, it the SOP is good, i believe that the scalability is also good.
that's all, i plan to update my thread as soon as i hire the writer, i plan to do the interview and writing test on 20 October 2020
