But if you're not into the adult stuff, then check out fiverr and upwork. You can land some simple gigs there, and start to collect some money to invest in more serious stuff. There are lots of writing gigs around, so if you have any experience with blogging, you shouldn't have a hard time getting started.

Go to fiverr.com register your account there, create a sales gig with all the details you can do for your clients. Add some nice cover image. Set pricing competitively. That's all . Wait for your customers messaging you. Be Patient. Visit Fiverr very often even though you don't get any sales. Or else it will reduce the response rate. I saw a BST here giving Fiverr reviews, you can try that for boosting of your rank.
