I've read LOT of posts here, waiting to have "enough" money to start my journey...
I'm specialize in M&A and learn about websites flipping/brokerage, how it works, the buying/selling process, due diligence... Now I want to get some experience and "use money to make money"...
The problem is that many posts on the flipping section are either old but well-written (e.g. Meathead1234's posts ) or from this year and saying that flippa is full of s***!
This path is very competitive , FULL of scammer and you need to actually do it to be good at it. So I would like to be involved into small transactions first on forums like DP to get experience and try to make a margin or up-sell. Because at the end businesses brokerage is what I like to do but I never made a dime online.
Here is my question, should I first invest my money elsewhere, build websites and learn more about IM ? Or should I dig in directly into website flipping and learn the hard way ?
