hi guys,
im new at siteflipping and i want to ask you some things.
im able to build sites wich will give me about 400? a month and built many of them. my goal would be to sell it for the value of 6 times. like 2400? and tell the buyer it will refinance it after 6 month. i got many of this websites. most of them work with affiliate and can do some nice money like 400-1000? a month. i want to sell them cause i want big numbers on my bankaccout this week and following

do you have some advices for me? x)

That's great! You would probably make a whole lot more money just selling how you are able to make 1k/month off a site. LOTS of people would want that information.

Sounds like auto-blogs, definitely get a broker
if you want your sites to fetch good prices.

No offence meant but bad English makes people
suspicious, especially if you're selling something
"sensitive" like autoblogs.

If you can easily make, why not build 1 good site, so it earns $x,xxx monthly, and sell it?

Then start create one, wait until 1 month at least to kicks in the profit & traffic for proof, sell it. I think it is easy for you cash them for x4 - x 8+.
