OP, how much did you make from this? I know saturation makes the value go down, still I'm intrigued the value if twisted?
I have a method that i want to try but the reason why i didn't yet is that im afraid of a high CTR.
I cant stop thinking is the same in this scenario but with even more exposure.
How to fix this? or is it that email submits don't care about it that much?
And also this wont convert too good for the company wont you get banned?

EXACTLY. This seems like a GREAT method to get traffic, but the monetization is fraudulent and will be quickly detected by the network who then wont pay you. Does anyone have a better method to monetize the traffic?
FYI Network can tell that the offer is framed, and also no converts will complete second page or the rest of the offer, so how can you expect to make money off of this? Sounds like a great way to waste your efforts and get banned from your network.
If anyone has any suggestions of a better non-fraud way to monetize, I would love to hear it.

Lot's of naysaying all of a sudden. OK - don't iframe it. Just use a simple DMR, and blank your referrer so the network doesn't know where the traffic comes from. Buy some cheap clicks to water down the click-through rate, and you're good to go.
It's kind of surprising to still see questions about networks caring, and similar. If you cover your tracks, and are conservative with offer distribution ANY traffic stream can be monetized long term via CPA. Take my word for it.
If you think you need a better monetization method than this one - quit IM, and blackhat. You don't have what it takes.
