Forget about DA. That has almost no sence if the link quality is awful
Claiming HIGH DA isn't always good, because those links may be shitty.
Check all the stats of the services etc.
As for the dynamics: start building really good backlinks. 5-10 per weak is enough for new site. Sometimes even less.
Later - increase the amount after several months.

Create 5 to 10 natural links per week. Don't build all the links on the same day. Apart from DA, concentrate on other factors like DR, RD, traffic, and niche.

You can start with most relevant to your niche. DA doesn't matter in google eyes.
I recently tried to find a niche edite in the market, but all the posts I found had no traffic. It seems difficult to find posts with traffic. Do you have any suggestions?

You have to admit that, if you want to make money just by selling links on your website, a lot of the marketplaces depend on DA/DR filtering.
Most people know DA has nothing to do with Google, but they still need it for selling links.
I have a DR1 blog ranking for over 18,000 keywords and getting close to 30k traffic / month.
Nobody cares as long as the DR and DA is low.
