"Start a conversation" option not showing

Had the same problem .

"You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action. "
 
Getting an error message "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action".

Looks like the minimum post count for PMs was raised. That seems like the only logical explanation, as PMs are working fine here.

I have 51 posts and more than 30 days on the website and still can't send PMs
