It's hilarious how I was googling 'how to start a brothel' and this post came up.
I had plan on starting a brothel in some South American country by funding it with my IM profits. But I don't know too much about it honestly. My motivation for pursuing this venture is that everyone knows that the global economy is getting worse by the year. The sex industry is one of the few recession-proof sectors out there and there's always a demand for sex. Personally I wouldn't do this in the U.S. because it isn't worth going to jail for pimping.
I watched a show not long ago that covered how people in some E. European country were getting around the laws and how they expected it to kick off in America soon.
1. Man comes into business and picks lady.
2. They go into room and bone on camera.
3. The video is streamed over the internet to paying viewers.
4. Business pays lady as "actress."
Not exact, it was a couple months ago but made me go... "huh.. Sneaky fucking Russians."
This. Is. Fucking. Genius. However, I doubt this would work with high end prostitution as clients in that sector value their privacy. It would be a difficult endeavor to convince a prosecutor, surgeon, politician, or priest to fuck on camera. You'd also have to charge a high subscription fee since you need to cover the cost of streaming videos everyday (bandwidth usage).......and that would be hard since people rarely pay for internet porn.
Regardless, I haven't thought of that approach. But it falls in line with the "think outside the box" black hat thinking that I'm fond of.
My approach is probably fucking stupid but I'll go over it regardless. I was going to use my IM profits to purchase a big (two-story) house in either Brazil (hottest girls in the world) or Panama (little to no taxes and more convenient for rich American clients). Then recruit some girls in other South American countries to live in this house with me (as well as a chef, maid, and butler). How the girls look don't really matter to me since everything that makes them unattractive can be easily 'remedied':
1) Dentists are cheap so I can hire one to fix all of my girls' teeth. (i.e.: teeth whitening, dentures, etc.)
2) Ditto for dermatologists. Have all of my girls with bad skin go through a chemical/laser peel. (although I think laser peels are still expensive not sure)
3) Plastic surgery (breasts augmentation and butt implants) is cheap.
4) My chef would have to cook healthy food for us all. None of that shitty American food.
5) I would have exercise equipment in the house for everyone to use. I will make it mandatory for my girls to exercise daily.
6) I would ban cocaine (weed and alcohol would be allowed for the occassional parties).
7) Monthly or bi-monthly STD tests.
The basic premise is that: healthy girls = attractive girls = more clients. From what I've observed in the industry a great number of pimps are idiots and allow their girls to rot away thus destroying any hope for longevity. By the time a girl is 26 she looks like a grandmother which I think is fucking gross. Obviously my approach would require ample startup cost since I want my prostitutes to look like movie stars.
