star review funnel!(ORM)

Hey guys,
I want to create a review funnel to filter out negative feedback. I still would like to add a star review option. Does anyone know how I could do this with wordpress/html/php? I could just upload 5 different pictures but I want to have a hover effect. That means if someone clicks one the fourth star, the other stars before should also have a color like on the picture: http://prntscr.com/fetyd5
I hope someone knows how I could solve this problem.

If its for a single company honestly what I did was a WYSIWYG editor that you can download free online. Make it responsive to different aspect ratios then pump out the HTML link to customers via email or text after their service. If you wanted to go with a more commercialized method there are tons of competitors and options out there. I've seen some services start as low as $39 for review monitoring and could go p to $1200 a month.

Oh, and you can make your funnel to whatever your specs are and just link the wordpress externally to it. Hopefully that makes sense? but let me know if you have any other questions.
