Star Rating for Elementor

Hi everyone! Please help me someone. I am making a recipe site in Wordpress using Elementor. I almost finished the output design of my custom post types. And now I was faced with the task of rating the stars.

It is necessary that any user who visits the site has the opportunity to rate the recipe. And also I must to have opportunity to put it by shortcode or in Elementor. It is advisable to satisfy Rich Snippets? Any ideas? Ideal way its if I could do it in the form of a thumbs up or down, but it's not so important.
