Standing Desks

It's not for me ^^
I'm in a very good shape, doing sport 4-5 times a week but i cant' stay in my foots without moving.
It realy hurt my knees, foots and back.
The treadmill walking desk might be interesting, but you lose on productivity cause you cant type on the keyboard as fast as when you are not moving.

On more thing :
If saturated fat caused heart disease then countries like france/spain would have epidemics of heart disease. The US and UK actually don't eat much fat. The fat intake of the US has decreased over the past 50 years, but it's changed from saturated/mono to mostly poly.

Mcdonalds for instance is all sugar and polyunsaturated fat(omega 6's) from the oils they cook in. (fries(sugar) cooked in poly oils, white bread(sugar) made with poly oils, beef cooked in poly oils and a massive big sugary drink)

You must be kinding when you say "The US and UK actually don't eat much fat".
Even if the fat intake has lowered, it is still very huge and countries like France,Spain or Italy have a lowest level or fat.

Here's another fascinating article

On another note I don't think I've stopped dancing in the past 6 hours.. :-) It's very hard to stand still with a standing desk if you have music on.. Even while I type this I'm dancing lol.. :-) I must be burning a huge amount of calories.
