I would like to get bit of inspiration how to create a facebook site that would fit well for my audience. Would like to look at my competitors first and learn from it, is there a way that I can see how does their ads look like?

Yes, you can either create accounts like your targeting audience or hire someone to capture ads for you.

    Well,
    You have many "spy" sites.
One of the most well known is http://www.socialadninja.com/, another option much bigger & complete is https://adplexity.com/.
Anyway if you are starting my advice is just go simple; do a profile with the same config of the audience you want to get some competition niches.
Hope these info is useful for you!
    See ya!

If you want up to date data then creating your audience look a like profile or hiring someone from your audience to capture ads for you will be only way to go!
