Stackposts instagram issue

Hey guys.. Not sure if anyone experienced this on stackpost or any other IG automation tool? When I post an image to instagram it gets published but the caption doesnt. The caption remains blank?

Any ideas?

Hi!

Min is 3 months stuck with likes/follow/unfollow blocked by IG without a solution to make it back to work.
StackPosts aren't answering my tickets, they're just closing them.
