Starting next year e-cigs will be classified the same as cigarettes and you can't buy them online anymore, not liquid either, at least in the EU. I have a few Ks, I'm thinking to stack up on liquids and some mods(fasttech or aliexpress), keep them until after the online ban and then sell them for twice the price since a lot of vapers buy stuff online here so they can't do it anymore.
Is this a good idea?

I truly doubt that law will pass.

It should be possible, just need to run underground per se

It is a good idea :) but will regulators allow or give leeway?

The law says you need a license to sell e-cigs and liquids offline, I'm thinking of starting a shop or something but to be honest here the taxes on small businesses feel like 99%. I feel like there is a good opportunity here with the online ban, I have to find a way to take advantage.

Maybe time to build an affiliate program, cross selling or promoting is usually tax haven place since profit is 99% taxed?!

Source of information?
Sorry I'm in the USA
ec.europa[dot]eu/health/tobacco/products/index_en.htm

allows Member States to prohibit internet sales of tobacco and related products
Since they are applying the same rules basically for e-cigs as for cigarettes, I think e-cigs is at least a "related product" so most likely the cigarette lobby will make states to prohibit internet sales, at least in Finland they did and most likely other countries have or will as well.

I was joking about 99% but people here in Finland usually move abroad to start businesses because here it is almost impossible given the high taxes(Thank you socialism).

This attempt by the EU has been brewing for some time. They aim to regulate e-cigarettes as medicines, ban their use in enclosed public places, restrict advertising, ban the sale of refillable versions, and ban the sale of e-cigarettes stronger than 20 milligrams per millilitre. All these measures have been urged or are in the pipeline. Thank god that we voted to leave the party.

They did everything except the refillable versions and regulate them as medicines, also the 20mg/ml applies to e-liquid as well, and the most amount you can buy is 200mg per bottle, so the maximum for a bottle of 20mg would be 10ml.

If they ban it online there is defiantly a business if you can stock up large numbers!! Thanks for the hint ;)

I'm sorry to inform you that e-cigs are not related to tobacco products :)
