Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone can help me as I'm new to this. I work in music promotion and have been using a few of the SMM panels I've found on here. The problem I'm having is that although they've been good for some services they have been awful for others and having already spent hundreds of pounds (and also having had to give some of my clients refunds due to not being able to deliver what they paid for) I am reluctant to waste anymore money testing out panels. I'm not looking for the cheapest as I fully understand you get what you pay for but I am looking for a panel that is (for want of a better word) stable. A panel that as accurately as possible states in it's service description if there will be a drop and at what rate. The panels I've used thusfar state this in some services but not in others even though there has been a substantial drop in some services that do not state this.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

There are a lot of resellers here which is most likely why you're running into issues. I'd check how long they have been running for, make sure to read their reviews, and reach out to them if you have specific questions.

Is there any way of filtering out re-seller so that we can get best service without paying extra bucks to middlemen?

Thank you for your reply. I checked the reviews before I made a purchase and I've reached out to them on several occasions but each time I've been told (and this is a direct quote) 'The order now sent for the audit. The technical team will check it and will make sure to resolve the problem with it. Kindly please wait' and then nothing happens. I'm hoping there is a panel out there that accurately describes the drop rate of their services. I'll give you an example. I had a client who wanted 7k Facebook likes for their band's fanpage so I went on one of the panels and ordered their second most expensive likes service because it said it had a 30 day refill. I ordered 10k likes expecting there to be a 20% to 30% drop rate but what I ended up with was a 70% drop which meant I had to refund my client their money. If in the description of their service they'd stated that after the 30 days their would (or could) be a 70% drop I would never have ordered that service hence why I am inquiring whether there are any panels out there that state possible drop rates in their service descriptions.

Stable smm panel? There is no such thing on the planet

That's why I put 'for want of a better word' in brackets before the word stable. What I asking is if there is a panel out there that tells you the possible drop rate in the description of it's services or something of that affect. I take it by your reply that that's a no then?

You have to understand how these panels actually work to understand why you're having issues. Every reseller adds every service from every vendor. It's just a shit shoot.

There are some panels that offering free refill. When they do have a refill services usuallu their drop rate is 15 / 20%

The panel I mentioned above that I used for Facebook likes did have a 30 day refill but the drop rate after 30 days was 70%

None. Lol when the social media updates come in they all temporarily go into hiding changing their terms leaving you in a soup.
