Stable SEO services provider?

Hello, I'm about to start up a Web&host company with a partner, but we also want to sell SEO services to our customers. nothing big, generally small niches, medium competition, basic services.

Now we're interesting in reselling them to most of our customers and an extra, they would pay us a price and we would further pay you a percentage of that (generally 50-80%) we still want to keep the services reasonably priced for the end customer.

Is anyone interested in such a partnership? if yes, how much would you generally charge/month & what kind of results are you delivering?
