Has anyone managed to find solid edu backlinks that DO NOT get deleted?

Seems edu deletes them once they see a lot of spama
 
You should aim for a high-quality edu guest post(s) and you'll never be worried about getting it deleted,
Check the marketplace, there are a few sellers that do sell this
 
Check marketplace, I heard that some of them are providing guarantee for a year or permanent links.
 
Just ask the seller their replacement policy. Most good sellers will replace within a certain amount of time. Post in Hire a Freelancer section if you don't find sellers that meet your requirements
