.st registrar that's not $100+

I don't mind paying a bit higher, like $30 (that's a fair price, I think...) with crypto, but the prices I'm seeing from some DMCA-ignored registrars is a bit nuts ($150-170).
Is there any good registrar that has .st for a decent price and is actually reliable (been in the market for years)? seems like IncogNET is my best bet...

There were some registrars I was watching that are now gone just a mere year later lol, they were advertising them for ~24 EUR iirc.

While the site honestly won't be attracting that many DMCAs or will be for media etc. I just want complete anonymity, which I heard .st offers best.
