ssn verify questions?

SSN verify questions? trying to find out what i can do to verify my social once i set up a stealth PayPal account? Also trying to find out how limited I would be if I did not verify? From what I understand some people just call in and say they have lost there SS Card and ask if there is another way to verify... But if I do that I would still need some way to prove my fake name is real?

Any help would be great!
