I know how to make views and what 6 different methods YouTube patched last year. He doesn't own any server and all views and likes sold are made from botnet that main provider owns. You can't get any info out of him coz he doesn't have any. Whatever he will tell you will be patched next month.

Maybe he is trying to verify account using that code sent to your brothers number. Anyways there are still lots of secrets that make thing interesting.

If the main provider owns a huge botnet which can deliver millions of views daily with an adjustable retention, then, I assume, it can watch the ads and click it harvesting profits from youtube to channel's author.
Google for "methbot" and you will find out the power of technologies which makes millions bucks a day 24x7x365.

Methbot was revealed late 2016. 3 years have passed - I think there has to be something completely new and outstanding, not revealed for now.

They did click fraud before and still doing . I saw somekind of api and script few days ago that can do like comment and views and seemed to be written by pro js developer.
 
Any scripting language will go if there is a huge botnet at your service.
All that kids channels making sh*t are growing so fast thanks to botnet owners.
I think that big MCNs own big botnets or just cooperate with botnet owners.
 
Its really interesting to know tho how these SMM panel works and deliver fake followers views etc..
 
i have seen million of views being delivered to t-series . bigger channels are the big customers
