I have no SSL on my website If i use SSL ranking will be improve or down. And my previous backlink will lost or not.

Cloudflare offers SSL for Free. Visitor also feel secure if you use SSL in your site.

Search Engine also give importance to SSL website interms of SEO.

You don't lose any rankings but you need to submit your h t t ps links in your webmasters. Don't worry about traffic there will be some fluctuations that will settle earliest.

SSL is an important ranking factor for sites that requires sensitive user data. Ecommerce sites for example.

When you are switching to https:

1. redirect all http traffic to https
   
2. make sure your canonical links are updated

There will be small fluctuations in ranking/traffic as the index updates. But this is temporary - a week max.

SSL certificate get your website ranking but don't tension it's not down your website. I wish you understand.

try to install free ssl which is available in your hosting cpanel and and submit new urls in webmaster this will help to rank your site
