SSL Error on Facebook

Error 107 (net:ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR)

Many of my clients came to me because the apps i gave to their Fan Page on FB are given that error to them. Anyone as seen it and knows how to solve it?

Do you host yourself app or not ?
Use free host of facebook ==> Heroku (provide SSL free host)
