When I want to sign up for a CPA network they ask me this.
Now my noob question is; what do I fill in here?
Can I make something up? I obviously don't have a real company.

You would put your SSN if based in the US...it's for taxation purposes.

The problem is, I entered my country and it still asks me for this :/

since you are not in the US, just add something like 11111111, then in the comments mention that you are not based in the US.
Simple
