Srapebox question

I have about 30k auto approve URL list for scrapebox and I spam most of my web 2.0 properties to it. I have been using that list over and over again for a couple of months for various projects and I have some questions about it.

1) Should I change email/comment/names regularly?
2) Maybe the list is too old and I am leaving a footprint of using the same comment/emails?

for scrapebox I always have a ton of names/emails and lot's of spinned comments for my niche. Do you do all your blast with the same comments and names?

I change them when I post to some random scraped list. But when it comes to using an auto-approve one it is not necessary I think. Or am I wrong? Thats what I am trying to figure out by this thread
