I have been very satisfied with Squid Proxies. I first started out with the 50 Proxy pack on March 29th. It wasn't long before I upgraded to 200 proxies. Then I upgraded to 500 proxies. Then on August 9th, I upgraded to the 1,000 proxy pack. On September 9th, I will be renewing my 1,000 proxy subscription for the 2nd month in a row.
I use these proxies mainly for Twitter. Have I had some issues with some of the Proxies from Squid? Sure I have! A couple of times I had an entire range not working with Twitter. I sent in a Support request and the Proxies were promptly replaced excluding the range that I claimed seemed to be blocked by Twitter. Maybe the ranges were not blocked by Twitter. It could have been a temporary glitch.
Faster's support has always been excellent. Which is why my subscription grew from 50 proxies to 1,000!
As for speed, there is only one time where my proxies were extremely slow. It was quite awhile ago. The solution was really simple. I think it was when I upgraded to 200 proxies. I upgraded a couple of days before my 50 proxy subscription was to renew. I cancelled my subscription in Paypal, but just let the 50 proxy subscription run out. So, I had my ip address as the authorized ip in the 50 Proxy plan as well as the 200 Proxy plan. This created a conflict. As soon as I removed my ip from the 50 proxy plan, then they worked perfectly. I don't test the speed that often, but when I do, there are no speed problems.
The proxies hardly give me any errors. Maybe half a percent. This is on a VPS. I was getting maybe 5% errors on my own Computer.
The solution is simple. If the Proxies do not work for you, then file a Support ticket to explain the problem. If you aren't able to get proxies that work for your needs, then Faster will give you a prompt and Full refund. If you have been a Squid Proxy customer for several Months and are always complaining about the proxies, then why are you still a customer? I had a problem with my previous proxy supplier. When the problem persisted for 2 Months in a row, I searched for a different Proxy provider and joined Squid.
