Squidoo and Scrapebox question

Other than backlinking a Squidoo Lens.. would there be another way to ping or something to basically fake the number of visitors to the Lens.. in essence driving up your Lens Rank for a bigger cut of the advertising money split?

I tried a way I saw on youtube for driving up views on Ezine. It did not work with Squidoo though.

Just wondering. Thoughts on this?

I guess you could ping it, I think there was something similar on here about boosting ezineartilces views. I would imagine you need a ton of proxies though. You might be better off buying some cheap traffic here on the forums I think you can buy 10k visitors for a couple of bucks.

Yeah you'd be better off just buying traffic. Squidoo is notorious for cracking down on ppl like us, and unless u have a ton of proxies like insomnia said you're more than likely to get caught and your lens deleted

Public http or web proxies would be the best way to get a lot of cheap one time used proxies.

If it was anything like the video tutorial I saw, it does not work. I would worry about buying the traffic because I did that with a few of my websites. The reason is the referrer sending up red flags. I think you would want to fake the referrer to show as google or something like that.

Send the traffic to another page that redirects to your Squidoo lens and then fake the referrer. There is some stuff on here about doing that too - I'm sure you could find a way to make it look like they came from Google or at least an authority site.

OK, got something to search up now. How to make it look like its coming from a search engine.
