How do I get on first page of all the search engines using squidoo lens and hubpages. Also are there any other great sites to use?

You can get on the first page with Squidoo and hubpages by selecting keywords with little competition. Somewhere between 10,000 and 50,000 inurl/title types.

If ezinearticle is on first page then you can get there too.
