Squid Proxy Script

Well I have a near perfect proxy script made for myself but I seem to be running into a weird problem.

It seems like Squid is only allowing 1 thread at a time. I have 10 ports open on my server and each one is linked to a different IPv4 Address.
Looks like this:
127.0.0.1:2001 -> 127.0.0.2
127.0.0.1:2002 -> 127.0.0.3
127.0.0.1:2004 -> 127.0.0.4
127.0.0.1:2005 -> 127.0.0.5
etc

So lets say I'm going to run 2 threads of my ZennoPoster template in ZennoPoster.
Thread 1 starts loading YouTube.com First and for some odd reason Thread 2 is just sitting there loading nothing.
As soon as Thread 1 is done loading YouTube.com, that is when Thread 2 will begin loading YouTube.com. While Thread 2 is loading YouTube.com, thread 1 is just sitting there "hanging" and acting like its loading the next page when in reality it isn't. It just acts like they are sitting there taking turns. If i run over 3 three threads with the same proxy server thats when I get massive timeout issues.

I've thrown datacenter proxies in my bot and it runs like a madman, I can easily run 100 threads with 100 datacenter proxies.

It's not the bot, i've done my tests...

Any idea on how I can fix this or what this problem even is?
