I was amazed by seeing return of this Squid Game Crypto yesterday but then I looked at the warning: "We have received multiple reports that users are not able to sell this token in Pancakeswap. Please do your own due diligence and exercise extreme caution. This project, while clearly inspired by the Netflix show of the same name, is not affiliated with the official IP."

Anyone having this crypto and not able to sell it?

People on Reddit shilled this token like crazy, there were at least 20-30 threads on /r/cryptocurrency alone last week.
I commented it was a scam in most of these threads, and explained why (all team pictures were fakes from the site "this person does not exist").
Most people didn't believe me and replied "just because team pictures are fake it doesn't mean the project is a scam".
Guess who was right. I hope people who lost their money in this scam learned their lesson.
Always research before investing and don't FOMO into random tokens just because the price is going up.

its a scam. there were multiple threads here saying its a scam.
I saw it when it just started and knew right away its a scam... clearly they didn't have intention of going long term when using the "squid game" name and logo... i mean if they were to grow they would have trademark issues..before even checking the coin itself I knew that right away

use common sense and post here if ure not sure about a coin

This was a massive massive rug pull, feel bad for those that got burned. Thats the problem with blindly investing into shitcoins with no utility though.

What I hate about Netflix is how they make amazing shows then never proceed with them.
They film about 7 episodes and you never hear from them again.

This is specifically why I don't regard crypto as a form of investment and I'm always hesitant to suggest people put their money in. Especially something huge. If you know that amount you're not scared to lose, the one you could easily gamble with and forget about, that's crypto money.
