rule #1 conversion rates matter more that beauty.
I've heard many times over ugly converts better than "pretty" a lot of the time.

normally i agree but this time i need a sexy one.
the beauty of the site is part of the marketing and visitors are already 90% sure they want what i offer since they wouldnt even be at the site unless we have talked personally.
i just wanted to squeeze them to make up some of that 10%

You are correct about that statement. Care to offer any pretty ones? I have only seen the ugly one in my opinion.

Sorry didnt bookmark them. They were short and had a video on them. And the aesthetics were web2.0 instead of early 2000's squeeze page.
