Squeeze page

I want a squeeze page designed similar to the retired millionaire for my e-book, this would include a video and testimonials etc. and i want it seo friendly. I also need an email template made (or can you get this on awebber?)

where would the best place be to get a freelancer as i think people on this forum are probably too expensive for me at the moment
