squeeze page with or without affiliate link?

Do you think is better to put your affiliate link on the index page of your squeeze page or not?
I think that if you put there if a person came back and want to order directly he can do this. What do you think?
This can affect the google ranking?
If I update the page adding the affiliate link the google rank can change?
