Hey , I am new to IM an i am confused . Can i create a blog as well as a squeeze page on the same domain name . If yes, which theme would be best for me to use.

For what purpose ?

And yes you can host as many pages and blogs as you want pointing to your domain name.

You can host your page in a subdomain. Below each article you can put an opt-in CTA to download the ebook.

For the theme, if you want to start blogging in this niche, take a viral/newspaper theme. Take a look at themeforest and you will find responsive and well coded themes.
