Spying Facebook Ads

Guys,

I need a way to check facebook ads (and targeting if possible) of marketers in my niche.

Basically, I need 3 things:

See who my competitors are;
See their ads;
See their targeting;

If this can be done manually I would be grateful for a easy explanation or some tutorial.

If not, what are some cheap tools that you would suggest? I don't want & can't pay much.

What are you guys using? How is it working for you?
