Our residential package is only valid for 120 days. It is based on running of bandwidth. We are coming out with a new product there you get to keep the bandwidth until you run out.

Where did you contact support as it is on the payment provider. We use. If you can provide the details in dms. I will escalate the claims with the owner and get it resolved
