If you just want so filling for your text, use something simple like ChatGPT
It's free and it's pretty straight forward: you ask and it answers. Do the right questions and you will have some autogenerated spun content.
If you are planning to rank with that content, things are slightly different, though.

For AI content, use ChatGPT [Free, as it's at the research stage], Jasper [Free 10K credits] and Rytr [Free 10K credits per month]
For Content Spinner: Try Quillbot, it has a free plan with 125 words per spin limit.

You can use trial version of Jasper. If you find it worth it, you can go for paid version. They have got decent number of positive reviews.

I been have try ChatGPT, but it OpenAI's services are not available in my country.

You mean "both ARE bad"?
For link building using UGC platforms (not Web 2.0), they might be useful. Not recommended for filler on your sites and definitely not for your money sites.

How about try both and test it out, I'd say AI is better and there are plenty of them right now with free trial
