Can you recommend how to create spun articles in a foreign language which I don't know for my T1?

I don't want to hire anyone to write it for me. I am trying to figure out how to get such article myself if I don't know the language.

So simplest way to try is to sign up for the 3 day trial (see if you like it), find some articles in your niche (google translate your kw, search and find), spin and use.
Heads up though the content (as per anything spun) won't be perfect, it'll be worth getting a native on fiverr to do a proof read / fix a set of articles.
Then use..

If the blog posts get traffic dont upload (bad) spun content.
Google will notice the time the visitors stay and if they click through more of your site, which can benefit the serps. Good Articles will of course boost onpage-time.
And honestly I doubt, that a spun article in a foreign language would sound good enonugh. Myself I distanced myself completely from spun content, because I was never really statisfied with spun content in my mother-tongue which is german.

I usually use English as T1, and use mix anchor text language,

Eg.
Anchor Text 1. English
Anchor Text 2: ForeignLanguage

Does anyone of you know Content-Spinner which are creating readable german content? Of course I'd be willing to pay for the right piece of software.

wordai and EZ re writer and Ant spinner these are the tools will help you get best spinning article.

So I find some niche related article, spin it with wordai, translate into the foreign language, optimize it and post?

The method I use is to write the article myself and then translate using Google translate and then get a native to correct it. Probably best off finding a native on fiverr.

It would still be best if there is someone who is a native speaker that translates or rechecks foreign articles that you're not even familiar of. Using spun articles and translator tool will usually produce crappy results. Then using it for T1? I won't recommend it.
