Hello BHW.
I hear there is a hype going on, that spun articles, and linkwheels/linkpushes don't work anymore... I even called a local optimizer, and he told me the same

Now... if this is true why pay such a high price for senuke... and what is the right way to optimize then?

Got the same question :)

The Answer Lies within your question.

Linkwheels/Linkpushes/Link Pyramids won't work if you use Spun Articles generated from copied/duplicated content. What if you have unique article for each property? SeNuke Eases the task of creating and posting not only on web 2.0 properties.

Your local 'optimiser' is wrong, kind of.

Linkpushes do still work but they require effort and maintenance to be effective. Spun content isn't very effective UNLESS it is spun to a very high quality. A link push is simply a series of web 2.0 properties which link to your site and are then fuelled by other links (articles, blog comments etc). This can an effective method of getting backlinks but requires work since the 2.0 properties need to be built up and made to look natural.

Oke, thanks for the info, it kind of makes sense also. Let's say I have 6 web 2.0 properties with all unique content on it. Which link to my money site, and I also have all unique content on the articles that link to the web 2.0 website, 2 articles a piece. And then alot of blog comments to the article, and web 2.0s of course relevant and good PR. Will this "Fix" the problem?

Because I am thinking of outsourcing my content writing to 4 different people, and the price is cheap. Also high quality. So the unique content will stay UNIQUE not even one article will be spun.
I will also keep the web2.0s updated, and managed with different proxies. Will this tactic be genuine?

Thanks for your time

That Definitely will bring you great results. Also You should check Onsite SEO for your Money Site. If its keyword stuffed, poorly written and formatted, it will also affect your rankings on SERPs.

My onsite SEO will be good. I have software to check everything aswell. My main problem was not doing anything, because I was scared to fail, so I have to know/have anwsers to all my questions before I want to try again. This time so I succeed. Thanks

TBH I have been using the exact same content from my site and posting it on web 2.0s with a link to my site to the exact same article. I haven't seen any 'slapping' as of yet.

Someone told me that duplicate content issues are mostly false. Now maybe it's a lil different for web 2.0's since they specifically ask for unique content but like I say no penalties yet. I'm gonna keep doing it this way until I see a reason to do otherwise.

I might even try using the same article all the way down the line to test this hypothesis- money site <- web 2.0 <- article directories.

Yes they say duplicate content doesn't exist, and that the one wit higher PR will rank. But why do people keep on telling that it should be UNIQUE it should be UNIQUE???? There is something that no-one has told me before, and i'm getting my doubts.. I NEED to know this. Thanks

Also I have another question

People are even offering linkpushing services, with automatically spun content. And they have good feedback as I can see... So can someone tell me if SPUN content works or DOES NOT? Also how to use it properly, with these linkwheels... And if google has found out about them or not. And what the difference in ranking would be with a UNIQUE article or a HIGHLY SPUN (How can google even know the damn difference?) Greets:D

Link wheels / Link pushes still work but as was mentioned previously you need to maintain the quality of your content - and if you spin it you need to make sure it still reads well and is at least 50% unique (or preferably more). Which is easier said than done.

The only reason I see to not duplicate your own is like you said above to not compete with your own site- I have web 2.0s outranking my money site. I guess it could be worse though since the links still lead to your site.

I do not understand why spun articles do not work or linkwheel. I am using spun articles and only do very little linkbuilding i still do receive a good amount of traffic. You know a tool is merely meant to make ur life easier for a certain purpose. How you are going to use it or improvise it is up to u..

Spun content - works only if it is high quality and you spin within certain limits so you don't end up with too higher similarity between articles at an n-gram level. Also has to be readable and grammatically correct. If you have lots of sentences like "the dog as a prestigious foot with white rising of the hat" while grammatically correct will only generate low frequency n-grams as per statistical natural language processing methods applied on a large corpus like Google's internal n-grams database. While a single sentence like that within a larger article having normal n-gram frequency counts, will pass unnoticed by the Google software, having an entire article with low-frequency n-grams could be detected as unusual/spam/automated crap. I am not saying they check things this thoroughly but they might. That being said, taking sentences about cars - "Pontiac announced the launch of a new car in September..." and making it about digital cameras by replacing a noun - "Pontiac announced the launch of a new digital camera in September...", will work. Software will not figure it out what you did so far, as this would require a true knowledge database not just a large text corpus to do statistical NLP on. Obviously if a competitor analyzes your link sources and finds a network of sites like that, it will know what you did and could report you, then a Google manual moderator will flag your site. That is why it is good to have a solid foundation of relevant text for your topic. So highly complex spinning (multi-level) that generates grammatically correct and more than that, coherent text, is best. Spinning is not dead, it is just done at very poor quality and/or abused (spun too many times from a simple seed source like word-level only synonym replacement).

That being said, even absolute crappy/random mixing of actual scraped sentences works at this time. You just want to keep all that content under the radar and don't forget to also build very high quality links as well. If you plan to build for long term, then invest more time and resources in your content generation and spinning though. Google gets better and better at detecting crap.

Link wheels - in their classical form, or similar to the classical form (having a regular pattern / linking scheme - e.g. a circle) will be detected. However if you heavily randomize the inking structure you become undetectable. There are quite a few details here to get a good balance between efficiency and stealthiness though. Having 2-post blogs interlinked even randomly is not the brightest idea. Real sites don't link out from every post and have many pages not just 2-3. There are some research papers on detecting link spam so read those for a start.

The rule of thumb is: if you put a drop of piss in a glass of water it will still taste like water. However, if you put a lot of piss in the water it will taste like piss, or at least taste funny. You want your sites to taste like the purest mountain water straight from the spring not stink from a mile like a public toilet. This is where the difference between successful blackhat and retarded blackhat lies. Noobs just blast away the techniques. Pros, do it with taste, elegance and paying attention to details. Look like running a SEO operation like running an organized crime structure. If you go shooting and screaming into a bank to rob money you will eventually get out in a body bag. On the other hand if you manage to get your man elected as the president of the country, or a large percentage of the senate, you're a winner and all you have to manage is flow. Flow of money, of wishes, of worries, of whatever. But in fact, you are 100% legal :) Just look how the world is run and reduce the principles to your personal scale. Or not. Go buy yourself a few senators ;)

Quote of the day :)

Gonna use that one with future clients.
