Spud jr Scammed ME!

Well this has been a hell of a read.I hate scammers seems to be a case of bullshit.Reading this was like reading a police statement.One side had his facts consistent while spud seemed to change his story. I always said to keep great record on a deal going down on the internet I hope this will convince you young guys on how important it is to keep them. great job on the detective work hexalor.

200% Agree! This is why BHW is different from others. and I don't have enough words for hexalor. He did a tremendous and extraordinary work here. I bet no one on other forums can do it like hexalor did.

I called paypal and they cleared why they said refund initiated and refund issued. It is for $0! So, refund initiated of $0 and refund issued of $0!

Hex has demonstrated nice analytical work during this dispute. Reading claim and counter-claim, my eyes started to glaze over - especially due to attempts it appears to consciously obfuscate the core issues, by bringing up irrelevant/non-existent transactions, along with mixing up the numbers either by accident or intention. It became an even more blurry picture. So kudos to Hex for being diligent about outlining the exact nature of the transactions. Also a good job of reviewing the screenshots such as the latest one involving PayPal yet showing the refund as Held. Ultimately its not Varun's problem that someone else that owes him money has issues with his PayPal account, its the person who owes money that needs to find a working means of making payment.

Hats off again to Hex for solid moderation.
 
Fantastic job in peicing this all together Hex. It seems as though Spud was
trying to throw a wrench in the works just to confuse everyone of the issue.

Varun, I really hope that you get your money back. I feel your pain bro.

Spud, your rep as an honest and upstanding trader is rapidly declining. You
need to give Varun his money before your rep reaches 0. Varun sent you that
money in GOOD FAITH. It is not your money and you can not justify keeping it.

not fixed moneywise. Varun has not got his money.
Spud posted more lies claiming that he sent
Varun the money by paypal.

This will not be fixed until Varun gets his money back.

Hex does a top job in bringing all this out in the open.
 
He should refund the money and still be banned because he has lied in every single post. I don't know about anybody else but I would never do business with such a person. Damn I have only seen presidential candidates lie as much as spud. :rolleyes:

You are right Varun ... you could not have your money back from Spud if Hex has not been here. Spud is a good liar with full of real-life excuses ....you could not get him.
