First thanks to the mod.

I do not know either party but I could see thrue this I like to see the mods here standing up for the guy and he is not even a jr vip.

This shows me and others that the mods are willing to stand up for there members paying or not.


I have seen this thing happen many times if you are smart you can see he was making excuses and riding on what others were saying.

Spud in life when you are down and out you need to keep your WORD in the end it is all you have.

I saw someone say that Varun was trying to hard.

Remember a man lives by his WORD.

Varun, a word of advice man. Do one transaction with a person at a time. I had to do a *facepalm* when I saw you sent a guy 500 bucks who had yet to pay you for the previous transaction? Sorry that happened to you mate. Lucky for you that people like Hex are willing to take the time to decipher this mess.

Spud, just give the guy his money. It really seems like you had this move and ... oh, look.... there's this $500 bucks just sitting there in the account, boy you could use that right about now.... so you used it. Maybe it was supposed to be temporary and you were going to get it to him soon and now you haven't got enough to give him. If you don't have it, then say you don't have it. Fess up to making a huge mistake and make arrangements to get what it rightfully his back to him.
 
I would like to thank HExalor for being a top notch Mod. Its because of Mod's like you that keep this forum in check. You sir have gone above and beyond the necessary channels to find the truth. To Varundbest I hope you receive your money back your a good guy. To Spud If your going through a hard time then let him know, instead of switching the situation, Always realize when your in business your word is your bond if you say you will give back a refund then give it back.. Its been proven that your words can't be trusted because of this situation. I just hope it hasn't damage your business alot. Wish you 2 the best whichever overcome might happen
 
I just chatted with Varun, he doesn't seem to understand that because of the whole dispute that my account became limited. He even tried to tell me it was a different account which it is not. I am sure many who have dealt with Varun will recognize that the PayPal ID is his.

I never understood how to screen shot things til a guy walked me through. This is just to prove that I am willing and trying to do my best here. Thanks.

Also if you notice, Varun has posted the SAME chat log repeatedly.

I am guessing Varun didn't check his email?

According to the screenshots paypal refunded his money today...So all is said an done between Spud and Varun.

I hope a mod looks at this and ends this garbage.

And if anyone is confused, motomodders IS Varundbest's paypal account. No question, if further proof is needed by a mod, send me a PM or an email or talk to me on aim.

Glad to finally see this over with.

I had the money in the account but I went and looked. It is showing that the money that Varun sent me is being held, I m assuming that its on his end now.

I am genuinely sorry for this mess and am glad its over.

Im really feeling bad for those who lost to that guy.
How come one thinks to enjoy others money without giving the right return for the money ?
money acquired without work will never last long and such guys will feel the pain when theirs got scammed or their dear ones being cheated.
