Yes, Sprud is Evasive!

Let him show the proofs he paid varun! Isn't that enough that Sprud one time says he paid via Paypal, the other time he tells he paid via Western Union? Then he has hard times and did not manage to pay...

Let me tell you another story:
I had another BHW account now banned; Banned for "threatening bhw members"! This all happened because I paid Sprud $100 for Sending 300k emails out - after a few hours!

So he did not send that for almost 1 month and the only thing I was threatening him with was - the shit list! In this time, he contacted the mods and posted on VIP section about me, dunno what he posted but I got banned before even getting the chance to report him!
(I have the Western Union receipe if anyone wants proof!!)

Yes! This motherfucker IS a big scammer! Guys, come on! don't u see how many proofs varun posted and how Sprud every time is getting a new excuse?

regarding his "bad times" and "moving" - when he was speaking with me about a refund: his car got jacked, he was sleeping at work cause his wife forgot to come after him and his phone was not working (like they dun have phones in the office)!, he said he sent me the money, he then said he has some troubles and can't send, he told that he sent my email to 7 million people and that his list said thanks for the offer lol... and many other (need to re-read the chat with him to remind everything) - so he did not have any bad times. He is just scammer that knows how to be evasive! I wonder for how long!

My conclusion is: This scammer has something with the mods as they close the eyes on everything he is doing! Or maybe he is just favored bcoz he is donor... But he is definatelly a scammer! And people like Sprud make BHW a garbage!

I never scammed you. I did your campaign as spammy as it was. I told you to change the campaign around and I would try to do the campaign again. You tried to get more for free. I don't know why your other account was banned and I am NOT "in" with the mods. I tried to help you the best I could. I told the crew what the deal was with you and what you were doing. You first of all shafted me of the payment that was owed. You then made excuse after excuse. Then because I am a nice guy, I went ahead and started your campaign. It was flagged a lot, I even stated that to you but you were adamant on keeping the email the way it was. I did send it to your list and I tested it with some of my list to ensure that what I was quoting accurately was true. I told the moderator at the time what going on because I was trying to appease you the best I could.

YOU NEVER PAID ME $100.00, you were $10-15 dollars off.

There has many people who have stood up in my defense, for giving refunds to being helpful to whatever else.

I posted my situation in the VIP section because I didn't want everyone knowing my business. So if that is considered evasive, then so be it.

I am sure your new account will be banned as it's against the rules to have multiple accounts. Or to make a new account after being banned.

Yes, I did pay you $90 and told I will pay other $10 if you start the campaign and you never did!

Btw, you were supposed to buy 2 domain names and make redirection. That was the fiirst step to start the campaign! And you did not even do that! About sending the email out, I had 100 test emails in the list (to test it on milestones) and none of them received that email. Not in inbox - not in spam folder. So no, you did not send it!

And if you sent the campaign (let's admit) why you promissed to send me the money one month? why? And why you did not want to send the money anymore after I was banned? hint: you are a scammer and deal only with newbies!

For bhw'ers: I paid him only cause he had good reputation and very nice price! But as it was mentioned in a thousand of threads here: run when u see something too good to be true!

People that tell good things about you in this thread are people that did not get scammed by you! I am not saying you are scammed everybody. After all, I would say you are a nice guy but still scammed me and made everything to get away with that!

And yes, you are evasive! Coz you never sent that blast out! If not, tell us why you said you payed $400 to OP 2 times and after 1 day you say you still need to pay? Same with me... and God knows with who else!

That was the email that you wanted to go out. So you essentially shot yourself right there. You just proved that I did send your campaign out. I did redirect it at one point, but after being dicked around by you several times. I stopped working with you and wrote it off.

You just openly admitted AFTER lying that you sent me 100. It finally came out that you lied about that. You go to McD's and say I'll pay you later but let me have the cheeseburger? Ain't gonna fly bro.

I am a very nice guy, I'll go the distance for you. Yet there is a point, when I stop. I have to or I am not being an effective business guy.

All I am wishing is both varun and spud settle the issue. To those who have issues with spud, please settle it privately and civilly as well.

We all do have problems in life, things can get so overwhelmed and out of hand. But we need to be responsible to take action if things go wrong or need to be fixed.

It is impossible to solve anything privately with Spud - he finds 1000's of excuses and won't refund you the money ever!

I mentioned the email above... please tell me what was flagged there? That email doesn't look spammy at all. And this was the first email. After you told it's flagged, I sent you another email!!! And you said that one was ok. Why was not inboxed?

2. You are under a new account after being banned
3. You stated that I sent the emails then now you are saying I didn't you even posted.
4. You were banned because I am sure you have done this to a few others but you tried to get something for free.
5. Your pissed off because I wasn't going to be jerked around forever by you.
6. Everyone can talk to me, despite everything that has been going on. I STILL will find it somewhere in my ass to get things resolved.
7. I don't think you want the mods here because your butt would be banned.

My only sin is being to naive and stupid. I should have protected my assets more when dealing with my situation.

Well not taking sides, but Spud I think you really need to start overperforming. It sounds like a lot of skeletons are coming out of the closet, and people that you have left hanging. I am sure you will hopefully clear up some of these, and get on track to completing the work that was promised. I personally would highly suggest not taking any more work on until you get the backlog of work cleared.

Now as for the above arguements. Honestly, it sounds like your arguing symantecs. If the guy claims he paid your $100 or $90 sometime last year. It really should NOT matter. Thats like someone telling you "hey they have a sale on pizzas at the store for "$5.95" and you coming back, no they didn't liar "I didn't see that brand of pizza on sale it costs "$5.96".

As for the emails, if he's telling the truth I and most of the members here have to lean to his favor. If your sending out 300k email, and he doesn't get a single hit to his website. It either means you didn't send out the emails or they were not inboxing (which means you didn't check and put seeds in while emailing). That is just emailing 101, if your sending out thousands let along 100's of thousands of emails, and your getting no visitors to your site, not even one, something is screwed up!

I did send out the emails. I sent them out several times for him. He even states that I did. Over perform... I do. At this point, this thread is crazy. I never scammed katefauler, I sent out the campaign. It didn't work out in their favor. i went to the mod at the time and showed proof of what was done.

i have been very communicative and straight forward with the mess that is going on.

It's just insane because I have had a few bad apples when starting out, I tried to be the best I could but they were never satisfied. Some people are like that, it's the way of business.

I have seen people have one issue and it's super easy to jump on the train of negativity than to be objective/neutral. It's like picking a sore that you can't leave alone.

Well mate, we seem to be getting two different answers 99% of the time here. One person claims one thing, and you claim the exact opposite. Which leads me to believe that one of you is lying.

Now if your claiming that 300,000 emails were sent out and not a single person clicked on his link, because it was bad copy... That is one matter. I would hope that this was not the case, and instead he got a decent number of visits to his site, just no conversions.

I think you both need to PM an admin, to see if they can arbitrate this matter and take whatever corrective actions are deemed necessary.

Wow, this has got way beyond as I have expected. This thread is for varun and spud jr. I don't know why a lot of people are now sprouting out claiming this and that. I think it would be better to bring this to an admin and let he or she settle this out between varun and spud, plus the new one who claimed that he or she was scammed.

All of us do not know which of them tells the truth and which don't. It's between both parties who know the real deal and we are outside the story already.

We are all spectators and waiting what will be the ending:

1. Will varun get his refund?
2. Will Spud come out of this trouble all cleaned up?
3. Will Spud face the consequence and be banned?

To Spud... As one of the poster here just said, you need to clean up all your backlogs. If you accept more work, the more you will be less efficient and your clients will start complaining about it.

I know this thread will damage your business, I hope you can deal with it and soon rise up from this. I don't know you personally but wish you well.

To varun... I hope you do get what is due to you and this will be all settle. It is really such a mess, depressing and stressing out especially things like this happen. I hope this will be resolve and you will be back to your normal course of business.

He has opened a dispute. I have nothing to hide, those who know me and the situation I have been in know the deal. I contacted PayPal and I had to fax over the corporation docs that show that I was on the account as well that the money was sent to Varun.

I am trying to deal with Varun, but he seems to want to drag everyone else into the mess. There is a lot of confusion. I apologize with deepest sincerity.

I thank everyone who has backed me up and stood up in my defense.

Varun nor I are bad people, things just got led astray without the proper communication. I will try to get this resolved with Varun the best I can.

Again, I thank everyone who chimed in and I hope that more business will flow with Varun and I and everyone else for that matter.
