Can anybody help me?
my colleague cant open her .docx files, because she is infected with the .sprx virus.

Can anybody help me with an decriptie or keyword of something?

First time hearing of .sprx virus.. Does it encrypts docx files ? If so search on google for a way to fix.

Usual these kind of encryption viruses are hard to crack and you might have lost your files
 
Does she have any backups? If not you may be able to restore from shadow copy backups - Google that and you will find more info. If not then, assuming its a type of crypto locker virus where files are encrypted there wont be much hope.
 
I guess its encrypts the files. If that's the case, it would be really hard to decrypt it. What about backups? Backup will be your best option.
 
we don't have a backup.
If I make a backup now, and install this in a new windows, are the files than also infected?

Not just that, he would be backing up the ransomware too, so installing the backup would release it again.

@OP: Are you sure it's the exact type of the ransomware? There are hardly any relevant results on Google.
Some types have removal guides.

all the .doc files are now .sprx files. I can't open the files..
If fount another name: Seprent virus.
Internet tells me, the virus comes from Denmark.
