Sprint/Clearwire Wimax Announcement

I follow the telecom industry pretty closely and wanted you guy's thoughts on todays announcement of the Sprint-Clearwire-Cable Cos. partnership.

I am curious on the Black Hat perspective- my observations lead me to believe that the mobile web is not big BH territory vs. PC based web.

I see it as unchartered territory .. depends on where you look.
