Sprint Air Card Question

Sprint air cards and all these other brands as well, can only be used on laptops? Can PCs be used at all with these?

yes anything with a usb port can be used and the internet connections are fast except for upload speeds also be careful not to have to pay extra if you go over 5gb because it took me a couple days and had a couple thousand dollar bill lol
