Yes, it's true. Cost is also depend on countries also. If you hire from India and Philippines you will get best service as per your expectations at cheap rate but the same thing you will get from US or other countries at higher price.

Agreed that country / currency conversion rates have a lot to do with price. Would disagree that you can get the same kind of value / same thing outsourcing labor to cheaper countries. In some cases, sure, it's better to outsource. For certain tasks, in particular with regards to the highest level understanding of your business operations and how to manage them, there's a certain level of excellent, best-of-the-best skill and results that I've only ever found with an internal, US-based team that is committed to working with you for the long haul.

Okay, I haven't get in touch with US person like this type of task. But i saw Indian's can handle the task easily till the time they understand work concept than that can make the work in a easy flow with shortcuts.

Really, that's what I'm referring to. Not "easy work with shortcuts"; abstract work where employees (managers) are given the authority/flexibility to make decisions, analyse overall business trends/needs, and to suggest/enact plans based on their own discretion and overarching understanding of your business' goals. Higher level management of operations where there isn't necessarily a way to easily consolidate the workflow into a flowchart.

Easy work with short cuts mean. Instead of copy paste from cursor better if you teach them to do with keyboard ctrl+c mean copy and ctrl+v mean paste then the production will increase but do with perfection and properly.

Not quite sure what is being said here. Maybe my post is unclear or we're having a misunderstanding about the topic. Shortcuts and flowcharts can be taught to any employee/contractor/VA of course. And there's a lot you can get done with VAs from India and the like.

I'm referring to more abstract goals. For example, I can ask one of the managers who works for me to do things like:

Figure out how to get 20k subscribers to a Subreddit or Facebook page within a certain time frame
Hire and train 5 VAs to work customer service
Implement a quality assurance process for a particular custom service we offer

And leave it at that. "Figure out how we can get 20k subscribers to /r/SomeSubredditWeArePromoting" and let them propose and implement a plan to actually do that. No flowcharts, I'm not spending hours writing out a step-by-step guide for them, no holding their hands through every step of the process.

And they'll figure out how to do it.

With VAs or any kind of contractor you'd hire online through Upwork, BHW marketplace, etc? No way they'd ever be successful with that kind of minimal guidance.

True. Only an experienced person can do this who worked on the same stream before.

Well, not just people who have worked on the same types of things before. People who have the ability to pick up a task they've never done before, analyze the situation logically, and come up with a solution/approach, even if it's something completely new.

That's where lots of VAs and day-to-day workers struggle -- figuring out how to handle new tasks and situations independently.

Add all tasks, time frames and money you spent.

In general, that's all you need.
No need for further philosophy.

I had people paying them $15 bucks an hour they wanted more so I started to mitigate tasks to VA's pretty soon they had very little on their plate because if you are working remotely with clients then why pay an ungrateful employee and cut into your profits which can be used for investment or marketing? VA"s are great and if you document everything they can be used in very cool ways even for sales.

The only skilled employees worth hiring are the ones that will help the business bottom line, other than that they are not worth it as most can now be automated.
