Spotlight Annotation Whole Youtube Video Screen

Hello, anyone know how to cover the whole video screen with spotlight annotation? I just can't drag the spotlight annotation to full size video... Others are doing it and I don't know how...

Can someone guide me?

No, It's one full size spotlight annotation... It's really good for click jacking... to trick visitors to click on the external link...

I found one reason -

That was uploaded in 2010 and may be at that time Youtube had such options but not any more. Please check if other videos, that you found, were of 2015 or 2016.

You don't get me... I posted an example video. The videos I mentioned with full screen spotlight annotation are uploaded last month...

I checked other videos of their channel (they uploaded one month before) and did not find any annotations in them.

I think this was applicable only in old videos (I check other old videos as well). But not with the current.

Would like to see that current video.

It's still possible. The guy has been exploit it in every video of his channel. Beautiful click jacking method... Just don't know how...
