Spotify streaming bot for Android

Could someone help me set up a bot for Android spotify streaming? Is this even possible on the phone?
I have a small collection of phones which I would like to utilize.

- Would need to be able to skip tracks after 30sec-1min
- Play through different playlists and repeat.
