Spotify Stream Returns

hey there

long shot but can anyone give me some insight to how much money is/can be made through spotify music.

I am in the music industry with multiple signings to record labels but would love to know how much money is actually made from labels and how the breakdowns work as i have only ever received one royalty statement.

same, about 0,003. registered with the Kid so it may also depend on the deals you've made with your labels
 
Is it same for playlist streams?
 
does anyone run their own music label here?

It is what it is, just focusing on getting as many streams as possible :) This is without any label taking anything. The distributor doesn't take anything more than the yearly fee.
 
so it doesn't matter how long the sound is?
if you upload a 2 hour podcast and someone uploads a 1 minute music, both will get $0.003 per stream?

Don't know how it is with podcasts. But with songs you get payed after 30seconds but but if you always go to next song on 31 seconds you are more likely to get flagged as a bot.

And if you are a real artist it is the WORST signal to the Spotify Algoritm you can give to a song, skipping it! Bad signal make it less likely to get recommended and getiing in Spotify playlists.

Now I understand why he got $100m from spotify to join them and leave youtube :D

Heya guys. So for one played song (30s) you are getting 0.003 cents? That is pretty amazing.
Does somebody know where to get the bot?
